Standard Shipping: 3 to 10 business days

We do our best to dispatch your pieces as quickly as possible. Every order is prepared on the same day it’s placed, even after 10 PM. If for any reason we cannot meet this timeframe, we will inform you immediately.

We partner with fast, reliable carriers and invest in efficient order processing. Packages are delivered by DHL (Express) or UPS, depending on your location.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking link. If you can’t find it, please check your spam or promotions folders.

Delivery Issues — What We Do

We handle the following situations with a free replacement (if stock is available) or a store credit at Chapter Avenue, after a quick verification:

  • Item arrived broken/damaged, contact us within 10 days of delivery, attaching clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • Quality issue (manufacturing defect), contact us within 10 days of delivery with photo/video evidence.

  • Lost package, no delivery scan, and the carrier confirms the loss.

  • Tracking shows no update for an extended period, no status update for more than 30 days after shipment.

Note: Delivery times are in business days and exclude public holidays. Address changes after shipping or deliveries to remote areas may affect delivery times.

Returns & After-Sales Service

We want you to love your purchase. If it’s not exactly what you expected, eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in exchange for a refund or store credit at Chapter Avenue.

Return Eligibility Requirements:

To qualify for a return, all the following must be met:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition, with all tags attached.

  • Return ribbon (if applicable) must still be attached.

  • No marks or stains are accepted (including makeup, deodorant, perfume, self-tanner).

  • Hygiene stickers must remain intact on bodysuits, swim-wear, underwear.

  • Return request must be submitted via email within 14 days of delivery.

When We Can Issue a Refund or Replace an Item

  • Item arrived broken/damaged, reported within 10 days of delivery (with proof).

  • Quality defect, reported within 10 days of delivery (with photos/videos).

  • Lost package, no proof of delivery and confirmation from the carrier.

  • No tracking update for more than 30 days after shipment.

When We Cannot Offer Store Credit or a Replacement

  • Incomplete or incorrect address entered at checkout.

  • Recipient unknown, unreachable, or package refused by recipient.

  • Wrong size or change of mind when the product has no defect (these orders are not eligible for free replacement/compensation).

    • You can still return under the standard 14-day return policy for store credit if all eligibility conditions are met.

  • Issue not reported in time, any defect or damage not reported within 10 days of delivery.

Fees, Taxes & Return Shipping

  • Initial shipping costs as well as any customs/duties or import taxes are not eligible for store credit.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (or deducted from the store credit if we provide a return label).

  • Items returned late or not in their original condition may be refused or sent back; any re-shipping costs are not covered by Chapter Avenue.

  • We are not responsible for items returned that are not Chapter Avenue products.
